Ernst von Kimakowitz is passionate about strengthening the positive impact of business towards a more equitable and more sustainable planet. He is co-founder and board member of the Humanistic Management Network and founding director of the Humanistic Management Center. Ernst holds a research position at the University of Lucerne and also had visiting faculty positions in Colombia, Germany, India and Japan. He is lead editor of the Humanism in Business book series.

 

Pingping Fu is currently a Professor of OB in Nottingham University Business School China. Most of her research has been in leadership area and in recently years, she and her team have been studying humanistic leadership in China. They are committed to promoting the holistic treatment of the workforce and to developing leadership for the sustainable future.

 

Katarzyna Kopeć is a teaching and research fellow in cultural management and cultural policy at the Jagiellonian University. In her research she focuses on public policies toward creative sector and on impact indicators for cultural heritage. She has experience in quality management in higher education and in project management in NGOs.

 

Kemi Ogunyemi holds a degree in Law from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from University of Strathclyde, and MBA and PhD degrees from Pan-Atlantic University. She currently teaches business ethics, managerial anthropology, and sustainability management at the Lagos Business School. Her consulting and research interests include personal ethos, work-life ethic, social responsibility, sustainability, governance, and anti-corruption risk assessment.

 

Christina Schwabenland is Reader in Organisational Behaviour and Director of the Centre for Leadership Innovation at the University of Bedfordshire. Her research is focused on leadership in voluntary organizations. Previously she spent over 25 years working in voluntary organisations, in a variety of management positions including chief executive and chair. Recent research and teaching has concentrated on the challenges of equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives both generally, and for specific identity groups including gender and disability.

 

Shiv K. has 23 years of professional experience in teaching research and education management. He has held various managerial and academic positions in Universities in Germany, India and Tanzania. His academic interest are in strategy, ethics, sustainability and higher education management and he engages in advisory and board member roles with the private sector and academia internationally.

 

Ivan Ureta holds a PhD in Business History from Deusto University and a PhD in International Political Economy from King’s College London. Ivan heads the department of Executive Education at La Scuola Universitaria Professionale Della Svizzera Italiana (SUPSI). In the past Ureta has been affiliated to IE Business School, King’s College London, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford among others. He has also accumulated international experiences in diplomacy and international cooperation. Ivan is IE Business School; Best Professor Award winner, 2014/2015.
