About the Editor

Albert N. Link is the Virginia Batte Phillips Distinguished Professor of Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA. His 30 plus years of research in the science, technology, and innovation area serve as a foundation for this series. Currently, he is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology Transfer, and he served as the US Representative to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Team of Specialists on Innovation and Competitiveness Policies Initiative from 2007 to 2012.
