Juan Santarcángelo is a Senior Researcher of the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Cientificas y Técnicas (CONICET) and Professor at the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, Argentina. Previously, he was Chair of the Research Department on Political Economy at the Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento, Argentina. He was consultant at the DESA-UN in the USA), SIEMPRO with the World Bank, and both the Ministry of Economics and the National Institute of Statistics and Census in Argentina.Guido Perrone is Professor of Economics at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Researcher in the Political Economy Department at Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento, both in Argentina. He has been a consultant to Argentina's Ministry of Economics.
