About the Editor

Gerald J. Miller is Professor of Public Administration in the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University, USA. He has experience acquiring, managing, and reviewing scholarly manuscripts through work as editor and co-editor of several books over multiple editions. These include reference works such as the Handbook of Debt Management, Handbook of Research Methods, Handbook of Public Policy Analysis, and Handbook of Public Administration.
