About the Editor

Dr. Ali Fares is the Associate Director for Research and Professor of Watershed Hydrology at the College of Agriculture and Human Sciences, Prairie View A&M University. He has published over 70 peer-review publications in major peer-reviewed journals and books, and organized and hosted several international conferences on water sensing techniques. His primary research areas are: watershed hydrology and management, water allocation, irrigation management, and adaptation and mitigation of climate variability.
