In the editorial for the first issue of the 50^th Volume (this opens in a new tab), some of our former Editors-in-Chief share their experiences, challenges and ideas as they look back at their tenure. As we commemorate the 50^th Volume of DECISION, we, as management researchers and practitioners, have a greater responsibility towards articulating the knowledge that we create and possess. Our role as agents of change influencing thought and action in the society at large has only been accentuated with the ever increasing uncertainties and complexities of the modern world.
