The Korean Society of Medical and Biological Engineering (KOSOMBE)

Biomedical Engineering Letters (BMEL) (this opens in a new tab) is an official journal of the Korean Society of Medical and Biological Engineering (KOSOMBE). The KOSOMBE is a scientific and professional organization founded in 1979, and a member of International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE). The main purpose of KOSOMBE is to promote both national and international scientific activities in the various areas of biomedical engineering and facilitate the academic exchange between the society members. The business of KOSOMBE includes holding academic meetings and symposia, publishing journals and books, and training biomedical engineering specialists.
