Aims and scope

Collectanea Mathematica holds the distinction of being the oldest mathematical journal in Spain, having been established in 1948 by José M. Orts. The journal is dedicated to disseminating original research findings of exceptional quality in both pure and applied mathematics. Originally self-published by the Institut de Matemàtica (IMUB) at the Universitat de Barcelona, since 2011, it has been under the publication umbrella of Springer.
 
Collectanea Mathematica serves as a platform for the publication of cutting-edge research papers across a spectrum of disciplines within pure and applied mathematics.
