Gender Issues - Introducing the New Editor-In-Chief of Gender Issues

Erhan Aydin is a Senior Lecturer at Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, an Affiliate Research Fellow at IPAG Business School in Paris, France, and a Research Fellow at Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom. His international journey began with the completion of his PhD at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, where he honed his research skills and developed a passion for making a difference in the academic world. During his academic voyage, Erhan Aydin made significant contributions to the fields of gender studies, entrepreneurship among minority and disadvantaged groups, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion within organizations. His research stands as a testament to his dedication to these critical issues, which have the power to reshape societies and industries.  His insights have graced the pages of influential journals like the Journal of Organizational Change Management and the Journal of Enterprise Information Management. Notably, Erhan was also a key contributor to the acclaimed book "Managing Diversity and Inclusion: An International Perspective," which received a Shortlisted Award from the Chartered Management Institute. In 2023, Erhan's exceptional contributions were further recognized when one of his articles received the prestigious Outstanding Paper Award from Emerald.
