Journal of Mammalian Evolution - Call for Papers: Ecology, Morphology, and Evolution of Whales, Dolphins, and Kin (Cetacea)

This collection aims to gather a broad range of articles covering many aspects of the evolutionary history of cetaceans, including taxonomic diversity, anatomy, phylogeny, paleobiology, and ecological adaptations related both to the transition from land to water and the diverse specializations attained by modern whales and dolphins during the past 30 million years. This collection includes investigations from around the world and provides a biogeographic context for reconstructing cetacean evolutionary biology.

We invite submissions of Original papers and Review papers for this collection.

To submit a paper to be considered for this collection, you should select “TC Cetacea” under “Additional Information” when you submit your manuscript in Editorial Manager.
