Shih Yung Chou is a Professor of Management at Winston-Salem State University. Shih’s research primarily focuses on employees' extra-role behaviors in the organization. As a new Editor-in-Chief of Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal (ERRJ), Shih’s principal goal is to increase ERRJ’s practical relevance while maintaining academic rigor.
