International Journal of Information Security - Call for Papers: Interdisciplinary Perspectives for SocioTechnical Cybersecurity Threats

An interdisciplinary approach is critical to mitigating the cybersecurity, privacy and online safety threats that keep emerging alongside new technology development, where application of state-of-the-art protection measures is not straightforward – because of the heterogeneity and large scale computer systems and networks, AI integration in all aspect of digital life and big data challenges, socio-technical complexity and societal implications, as well as the intrinsic difficulties of building security-, privacy- and safety-enhancing systems at scale.

The purpose of this special issue, entitled Interdisciplinary Perspectives for SocioTechnical Cybersecurity Threats, is to publish high quality papers as well as review articles that report original research that highlight challenges, as well as draw on interdisciplinary perspectives to address socio-technical cybersecurity, privacy and online safety threats.
