Lisa Maria Pilotto analysiert zwei Differenzierungsmaßnahmen im Umgang mit heterogenen Gruppen im Rahmen des integrierten Lernkonzepts Blended Learning im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung. Ausgangsfrage der Interventionsstudie ist, ob und in welchem Ausmaß diese Maßnahmen der inneren Differenzierung, einerseits die synchrone und andererseits die asynchrone Unterstützung, in Blended-Learning-Settings wirksam sind. Die Autorin weist nach, wie eine Unterstützung seitens der Lehrperson aussehen und wie Unterricht von morgen in derartigen Blended-Learning-Settings gestaltet werden kann.
