Carlos Borrego is Professor of Environmental Engineering and Air Pollution Modeling at the University of Aveiro (Portugal). Former Minister of Environment (Portuguese Government) and President of the European Union delegation to the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (Rio 1992). Chairman of the International Technical Meetings of NATO/CCMS. Selahattin Incecik is Professor in Meteorology, Air Pollution Meteorology and Air Pollution Modeling. Former Head of Department of Meteorology, ITU. Representative of Turkey in NATO ITM of Air Pollution Modelling. Representative of University in National Atmospheric Research Council. Lead author of IPCC/TEAP Safeguarding the Ozone Layer and Global Climate System, 2005 (in preparation).
