This book presents the proceedings of the Seventh International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM2013) held from November 7 to 9, 2013 at Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and organized by the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management, Sichuan University (Chengdu, China) and Drexel University (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA). The goals of the Conference are to foster international research collaborations in Management Science and Engineering Management as well as to provide a forum to present current research findings. The selected papers cover various areas in management science and engineering management, such as Decision Support Systems, Multi-Objective Decisions, Uncertain Decisions, Computational Mathematics, Information Systems, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Scheduling and Control, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Electronic Commerce, Neural Networks, Stochastic Models and Simulation, Fuzzy Programming, Heuristics Algorithms, Risk Control, Organizational Behavior, Green Supply Chains, and Carbon Credits. About the editors

Jiuping Xu
Jiuping Xu holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Sichuan University, where he became a professor in 1995. At present, he is the Dean of the Business School at Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, a Lifetime Academician of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences, President of the International Society for Management Science and Engineering Management, and General Chair of the International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management.
 
John Anderson Fry
John Anderson Fry, appointed Drexel University’s 14th President in 2010, has served in higher education for his entire professional life.
 
Benjamin Lev
Benjamin Lev holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University. At present, he is the head of the Decision Sciences Department, LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of OMEGA - The International Journal of Management Science.
 
Asaf Hajiyev
Asaf Hajiyev holds a Ph.D. in Probability and Statistics from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. At present, he is a correspondent-member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, member of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World, and a Foreign Member of the Mongolian National Academy of Sciences. He is Associate Dean of Lincoln University (USA) for Special Programs in Azerbaijan and Neighbor Countries and a Member of the Publications Review Committee in Charge of Probability Theory and Statistics Research Papers.
