Mindfulness is an international, peer-reviewed journal examining the latest research findings and best practices in mindfulness.

  • Explores the nature and foundations of mindfulness, its mechanisms of actions, and its use across cultures.
  • Serves as a much-needed forum for broad-based, leading-edge research covering but not limited to reliability and validity of assessment of mindfulness, clinical uses of mindfulness in psychological distress, psychiatric disorders, and medical conditions, and much more.
  • Supported by an editorial board composed of multidisciplinary experts in mindfulness.
